2. 14-day right of withdrawal (distance selling)

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us within the 14-day period (returning a parcel without notice is not sufficient).

3. Sealed hygiene / intimate goods (exception)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.

  • masturbators

  • anal products

  • intimate accessories that come into close bodily contact

  • lubricants and intimate cosmetics
